Originally from Oregon, Amy Griffiths, owner of New Leaf Garden Design, left her rural roots in 1990 for the beckoning sun of California’s San Francisco Bay area.
With a degree in International Relations, Amy worked in high tech for 10 years before deciding to branch into a career that better matched her lifestyle.
Memories of preparing and tending her family’s abundant garden were the initial seeds that launched her dream. In 2004, with landscaping classes and horticulture certifications from Merritt College complete, she founded New Leaf Garden Design.
